Our new report creation builder offers a single, unified configuration page, making report creation faster, clearer, and less error-prone.
What changed?
The report creation flow has moved from a multi-tab experience to a single, vertically structured form. All required fields are now visible in one place, with a live overview panel that validates inputs in real time and highlights what still needs attention.
Why did we redesign the flow?
Report creation was one of the most complex and error-prone workflows in AudienceReport Next. Users often struggled with required fields, reporting dates, and Item behaviour, leading to misconfigurations and support requests. The new flow reduces confusion, speeds up setup, and improves consistency.

How to access the new report creation form
You can use the new report creation builder in either of the following ways:
From the Reports page, click Create new report
From the Items page, select the Items you want to include, and click Create new report
Both paths will take you directly into the new single-page report creation flow.
Automated Reporting Period
When enabled, this new feature automatically sets the Reporting Period based on the selected Items:
Start Date uses the earliest Item start date (or remains blank if unavailable)
End Date uses the latest Item end date, or a maximum fallback if missing
If an Item has no platform-provided start date, the system uses the first impression ingestion date (rolling out in January).
