Go to the “Reports” section and click on “Feedback”. You will be able to see all the ideas and bugs the users posted on the Feedback widget.

By clicking on a specific idea, you will be able to add comments, to reply to the user who posted the idea with an email and finally to delete the idea.

What’s more, if you click on “Technical info” you will know which device, operating system and browser the user was using.

To change the status of an idea, click on the dropdown menu next to “Status”.
