You can use AudienceReport integration for your direct & programmatic buys from Netflix:
Direction Insertion Order buys from Netflix
Programmatic Guaranteed buys from Netflix, without visibility into DSP Campaigns / Line items
If you buy programmatically from your DSP, you must request a Deal for each campaign. Otherwise, if you use the Netflix deal as Inventory for multiple DSP Campaigns, AudienceReport will capture all impressions without the possibility to associate individual impressions with DSP campaign.

Measurement must be requested from the Netflix account manager before ordering a Direct Insertion Order (DIO) or Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) for the campaign to start.

When will the campaign appear in AudienceReport?
Your Netflix campaigns will appear in the AudienceReport account within 48 hours after they start trafficking.

FAQ
Transition from Netflix Direct Interim to Netflix Direct integration
If you were onboarded to the Netflix Direct Interim setup, then your account is migrated to the Netflix Direct integration without additional actions from your side. Here is what will be changed in your account:
You will find Netflix integration enabled next to the existing MS Invest integration
Your Netflix integration will be configured to have Netflix Advertiser IDs based on campaigns measured in the Interim period.
You are responsible for adding new Netflix Advertiser IDs in the future
Your Netflix Interim Items are replaced with Items coming from Direct Integration
Your reports with Netflix Interim Items are updated to include Netflix Direct Integration Items.
What will happen to the Netflix campaigns measured through MS Invest
Campaigns you measured with MS Invest integration remain reportable in the system. If you experience reporting issues on such campaigns, you can contact AudienceProject support to receive them via direct integration.
What if I forgot to request a measurement before the campaign started?
In some cases, Netflix can distribute data back in time. Please contact your Netflix Account Manager for eligibility and activation.
If the campaign ended 14+ days ago and then back-in-time ingestion happens, you must request AudienceProject to recalculate the report.
